so many details in your works.. jst awesome. I dont consider it artistic photogrpah but it gives me the feeling one gets whe visiting the place you took shot of. about this photo – this one is really beautiful. I like the moment you captured, despite the face that DOF is not as big it usually is… perhaps that makes it beautiful even more. you have my vote on photoblog awards. good luck.

Nice depth of field with a crisp clarity on the immediate eye. He looks inquisitive.

I really like the mid range of grey/black tones they help to give visual impetus to the whites. The irises have a good effect in the background added an adjective of innocence and wonderment.
I do like the DOF though, it appears there is more than that alone in this well composed portrait.
