Simply brilliant composition!
The noise/grain works really well to enhance the quality of the image. The perspective created by the camera angle is marvelous and the graduated spacing and lineal aspects top it all off.

Well spotted. The grain softens the otherwise stark outlines. Also like subtle cloud reflection.

I really like the layers in this, the way the building almost seems to fan out. Great angle.
