Rough
EXIF: 26 mm,  4/10 sec,  f/4, ISO 100

It was extremely rough and I thought none of them would be usable due to all the spray being deposited on my lens.
Taken over a year ago at Keyhaven.

Wonderful composition and atmosphere. Very good use of long exposure. A b / w of rare beauty.

A fabulous shot. You’ve got the shutter speed just right – long enough to produce motion blur but short enough not to smooth out the sea. The contrast between the pale beach and the dark sea/clouds is good too, as is the subtle vignetting.

Iconic Keyhaven. The shingle scoop is particularly nice.

    Thanks everyone.
Peter T I’ve sent you another email, though as it’s to the same address as the last I’m not convinced you’ll get it. If not use my contact form which you can access from the menu at the top of the page and maybe use a different email address.
