Another forest shot.

  • Perfect timing for sunlight to get pretty low and create nice shadows.

  • Great lighting, little bit mysterious. Well framed.

  • A certain sense of unease maybe caused by the dominant tree in the immediate foreground. Why that is, I’m not so sure – maybe, it’s due to that tree breaking out of the bunch to meet the viewer. Then again, all this might be the ramblings of an old man…

  • Tena koe ehoa
I tend to agree with Andriy but, I think it’s the processing that gives the immediate foreground content a three dimensional effect that appears as if the viewer could actually walk into the image and around that tree in the foreground.
The nosie levels work well to enhance the atmosphere of seperation or segregation for my thinking.

  • It looks like it was shot on film. Love the grainy look

  • I think the feeling of unease comes from the shadowd of the lone tree making it appear something is hidden behind it. There is more to the scene than meets the eye.

  • Lovely shot just up my street, framing is wonderful…

  • you have been posting amazing stuff lately!!
