this is so much fun. i love the colors and fact that it is destressed. well spotted and i believe well cropped…hard to say with out knowing what was out there. i am curious about where this was taken. i live in a large city and about the only time we see anything this large anymore…it is a community project and a lesser theme. this reminds me of the through street car tagging of the 80′s in New York city. great find.
CY: Thanks. It was taken in Southampton, UK. It was on a wooden board surrounding a basketball court which I fear maybe like one of those community projects you mention. What drew me to the shot was the weathered look but also the fact that the pole supporting the art work seems like it supported some different work at some stage as it does not seem to belong.
