  1. Nice lighting & contrast. I really like these old spiral staircases, but they can be fearful to climb. In the Cathedral in Cologne, there is one to top of he tower. I think you can still see my handprints in the rail.

  2. cy

really nice image. the lighting really captures the mood and the textures. can not seem to figure out whether all that light is simply from the window or if their is something else at work?

  3. Quality. A tiny point is the handrail intercepting with the window although that looks as though it couldn’t be avoided. You’ve captured such detail in the shadows.

  4. Very atmospheric and quite disorientating (the undersides of the steps can also be seen as the tops of steps heading in a different direction).

  5. Very nice graphic shot. I love how this pulls your eye to the middle… Nice spiral lines.

  6. Stunning view with this depth and light. A mysterious but great atmosphere.

  7. Wow awesome!! Spirals lines and pattern are very appealing, great atmosphère too!

  8. Awesome! This is like something out of an old Dracula movie.

  9. Lovely photo! Great atmosphere!

  10. creepy! i;d be a little afraid to climb this!

  11. WOW, head spinning

  12. This is great. The spiral drags you in and the whole thing is a texture fest.

  13. Me gusta mucho.

    Mis felicitaciones.
