		<description>I love the picture. I like how the toning and blur add mood and mystery to the image. I leaves you trying to penetrate the blur, trying to guess the story. Leaves so much to imagination.  &lt;BR&gt;

By the way, the London Eye picture was taken from a foot bridge at Waterloo East. I was surprised to find such a great view point. Unfortunately, the windows were quite dirty which shows on the picture...</description>
