  1. Striking colors Andy.

  2. Lonesome tree – loevly colours.

  3. Great reddish-orange colors here set against those wispy clouds. This tree seems so huge there standing alone.

  4. I like the way that the tree seems to bleed into the landscape – beautiful shot

  5. caaz

nice to find your snaps… well done

  6. Great picture. It’s tempting to take these in portrait and fill the frame with the tree, but you’ve really emphasised the space around the tree. Love it.

  7. Stunning color. This looks like a painting. Great capture Andy.

  8. The colours are fantastic. All we need now is to ban planes leaving trails :)

  9. Love the soft look. Nice job.

  10. Peter – why would you want to ban planes leaving trails (besides the pollution im sure it causes)? I love plane trails, in photographs and for real.

  11. Oh meant to comment on pic –

Thats either a really [really] tall tree, or the others are very far away. I think the lighting is really good here; the colours are so vivid.

  12. Perfect framing and stunning colours!

  13. great great light and composition. cool shot.

  14. Ian

This is great. I love the colours, they’re fantastic :)

  15. beautiful set of colours!I think the tree would look better on the right side of the photo.

  16. Probably one of your least abstract shots and yet it looks like a painting due to the colours. ;)
