~I/eye do like who that black line divides the frame almost into two parts…but did you thnk about adjusting the skew slightly as to correct the slight down & to the left appearance of it?~
It’s fun looking at all the various layers in this photo. There are a 1001 lines going in every direction, each one effective in your composition. The dominant blue cast adds to the mood, as well.
To me it shows the man trapped inside the building working late hours (the dusk feel) and the tree being reflected is like a mirage of what the outdoors offers if only he would turn around. He would then see the beauty of nature, the uselessness of working so late and would free himself…kind of extensive but it’s what I see.
nice lighting … i like hwo you cropped/framed this one …

Following btezra’s comment I have adjusted the skew, thanks for pointing that out btezra.
nice one, i love the reflections. you can see the skyline behind.
Wow, this is a great shot. I really like the blue. It makes the image appear very “cold”.
I really like the reflection of the tree on the left.
Great! I love the symetry of the lines .
I think that’s lovely – great shot!
Like it, not sure if this is the old you or the new you or inbetween…;-)
great, I like the split shot feeling and the blue tones.
