Head in the Clouds

Sometimes, the simplest alignments reveal the most captivating moments. I spotted this perfect geometric harmony between man-made structure and nature – the sharp peak of a brick gable roof pointing directly into a towering cumulus cloud. The contrast between the warm, textured stone and the cool, soft sky creates an almost surreal illusion, as if the roof were piercing the heavens or sprouting the cloud itself.

What drew me in was the symmetry – the clean lines of architecture meeting the wild, organic forms of the sky.

Shot on a clear afternoon, with light brushing both cloud and brick, capturing a fleeting alignment of elements.
